Instructions for PSP installation:

Create a new directory in the root folder of your memory

stick called "MP_ROOT". Then within that folder create

a folder called "100MNV01". Put the video file in
the 100MNV01 folder.

Do not change the name of the file. PSP can only
read files named M4Vxxxxx.MP4

If you are on a Mac, I find PSPware the most useful program I've tested for simplifying this procedure.
